Our Inner Circle giveaway takes place on the 1st of each month, with three winners and themed ritual-box prizes.

JoyfulBliss covers giveaway shipping. Winners have seven days after notification to claim their prize before a replacement winner is selected.

Do I have to pay to join loyalty?

No. JoyfulBliss Member Rewards is open to free site members. Inner Circle membership is optional and has separate paid benefits.

How do I find my points?

Sign in at web checkout with the same member email used for your purchases. Your available points and rewards are connected to that account. If points are missing or you need your balance, contact us with your member email and the relevant order number.

Will my points expire?

No. Point expiration is turned off. The separate one-year tier qualification period affects your level, not the expiration of your saved points.

Are birthday points the same as the birthday candle?

No. The loyalty birthday reward is 500 points. The free Zodiac candle is a separate paid Inner Circle benefit, with a flat $10 shipping fee.

How do coupons and pay-with-points work?

Use the loyalty options at web checkout to select an available reward coupon or flexible redemption. Flexible redemption is 200 points per $1. Compare the values before spending points. One coupon can be used per order.

Does this include giveaway entry?

Free loyalty membership does not automatically enter the Inner Circle giveaway. Follow the current private-group giveaway post for entry details and rules.
